Duplix.ai runs this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect what you type into the contact form, and nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you submit. If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address, company name (if you give one) and your message. That is the only personal information this site gathers.

• We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• We do not set cookies.
• Fonts are served from this site rather than a third party, so loading a page makes no request to Google or any other font host.

Why we have it

To reply to you and, if it goes further, to scope and quote the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the request that carries your submission, and we use a delivery service to get the message into our inbox or internal tooling. These providers act on our instructions and only handle what is needed to pass the message along. Beyond that, only people at Duplix.ai who need to answer you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox and records for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@duplix.ai and we will action it.

Server logs

Cloudflare keeps standard technical logs (things like IP address, timestamp and page requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these to build a profile of you.

Changes

If we change how any of this works we will update this page and move the date at the top.
